Day of Dozers

My wife and I took our two boys to the day of dozers, a fund raiser for Children’s Hospital. I just gotta say, what a cool deal. Kudos to all involved with this event! This was our second year going to this and despite the overcast day and all the mud, we had a blast. kids really don’t mind mud. My boys thought it was weird to ride home in their underwear though. LOL. The only downer is their lack of advertisement. Both last year and this year we learned about it happening last minute. Hopefully I learn the date earlier so I can post it here, maybe some of you would be interested. Both years I am amazed at all the equipment these contractors bring. Being a second generation pipeliner this was rite up my alley! I only wish they let the big boys play around, since I don’t really get to run the big iron anymore :(.
Anyways here’s some pictures of this year, I’m sure they will end up sideways, sorry. I don’t know why it does that and I don’t know how to fix it.

They have it at the moto cross track in between Elk River and Zimerman on 169.

My boys wouldn’t stop talking about it for weeks if I took them. Too bad they don’t advertise.

x2!! I had my nephews this weekend, and they (and I) would have much preferred that than the rat trap at MOA. If you (or anyone) hears about it next year, please post! Good stuff, and glad you guys had good time Drifter!

DAY OF THE DOZERS

I’m probably not going to make it this year. But in case there’s interest it’s this coming weekend. It’s for a good cause, and ALOT of fun. These volunteers are awsome. (Local 49ers, whoop whoop!)

Just look on erx’s website they have all their events there there is usually a sign out in the yard too

Day of Dozers is this weekend if anyone is interested! Fun event, great cause. Weather looks good also!
