….of music fame passed away today.
He was one of the founding members of the Byrds I believe as well as a member of Crosby, Stills. Great, easy going music.
RIP Dave, I had a great time listening to you over the years and will continue to do so.
Got to see him in a small venue back in the late 80’s when he was touring solo. Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young together produced legendary music.

He preformed at the school I went to early 80 “DC” by himself. Real edging he was better with S$N. Liked him in the group on his own at least then a lot like the lion in WIzard of OZ. Maybe not enough natural herb smoked to really appreciate his music imho
I saw him in September last year in San Diego. He was sitting 5 rows in front of me at a Jackson Browne show in the front row. He talked to several people before the show and seemed quite pleasant. He is in tied dyed shirt in the picture.

After Crosby’s comments about Eddie Van Halen after he passed away, I lost a lot of respect. Sorry to see him go, liked a lot of CSN&Y music.
