Is there a website or anything that will let you know if the gates/rollers on the dam are open or closed. Do you look at what the current flow is, and suspect that they up or down by the how fast the flow? Any thoughts?

Where do you find that info? I looked at river gauges website by the Corp of engineers. But didn’t find what I was looking for.
