Look at the replay before the still pic you attached
    Clearly a facemask
And for those out there that don’t know including sports announcers…
Face guarding isn’t allowed in college but isn’t considered a penalty in the NFL.

Face guarding does not include putting your hand on the receivers arm and pushing off. You cannot make contact when face guarding.

As much as it will pain me to see the Packers win…. unless all the ref’s and judges are in Jones’ pocket next week, they Boys be handled easily in Lambeau. I still look through Purple glasses, but am also not an idiot. I know what a face mask is, I know what face guarding is, I know what pass interference is and I know what happened, we ALL know what happened. At a minimum, Bryant on the field without his helmet yelling at the side judge… who can dispute that 15 yarder…? flag picked up or not, it is a automatic penalty. Iowa ??? Iowa ??? You want to talk Iowa ?????

I love it. Dallas plays better when everyone thinks they’re bad. No expectations… just go play football.

Don’t get Big G riled up, he will state the facts plain and simple. I have to agree with Big G on this one, not sure how you can pick up that flag unless the Zebra that over ruled the call has a little extra padding in his back pocket.

I’m not a Packers fan but I’m a good sport (most of the time). However, I’m an avid Cowboy hater. I will pull for anyone to take the cowpokes down in the playoffs. But then again, Romo makes it easy to root for anyone else. Whoever’s cheering on the Cowboys might as well take one from the Vikings historical fan book. As long as Romo is QB, that team is CHOKE CITY! They’ve been rooted and hailed by all the “experts” time and time and time again….. only to choke when it counts the most. Romos “best season yet” will only prove to be “the most disappointing ever” for the Cowpies fans. And sure…… I got some change laying around if anyone wants to put their money where their mouth is. I love a SURE thing! ;-)

Been really interesting listening to sports radio and reading online commentary about this game. What everyone agrees on is that everybody is all over the map on who wins and why.

This makes this matchup the must watch game as far as I’m concerned.

I have absolutely zero sense for what will happen in this. I can say the weather and home field give the Pack an edge. I can also say that the Cowboy’s D didn’t put together the road record they have by letting teams run all over them. Rodgers is allegedly

This will be terrific fun to watch. Must say that I’m another one who almost gags every time some Cowpatty fan calls them “America’s Team”. Gag.

I’m excited for this one as well.
It has the closest line of the four games with the pack at -6.5
The largest spread unsurprisingly is the Seachickens/Panthers at eleven points, which I think is pretty generous. Carolina has been a nice mini-run.
It is definitely hard to pick the G.B. game and I think it has a lot to do with Which Romo will show up.

Making lot’s of chili tonight for for a good weekend of football and overall puttzing around.

Quick rant…Watching the Seahawks game. Seattle running back scores by reaching out and touching the pylon with the ball. No part of his body ever enters the endzone, result touchdown. Panthers reciever makes a great catch and gets one foot down but not the second one, no touchdown.
Horrible rule, I’ve always felt this way, nothing new.

    Thoughts?

Ball broke the plane of the goal line, which includes the markers. That’s all that needs to happen. Nothing to do with his body or where it went/ended up.

After watching most of the Seattle game, winning and going to Seattle won’t be fun for either team.

Pearson did push off, Helen Keller even understands that. But that isn’t the reason I hate the Cowboys, however it’s as good a place as any to start. smirk

I get that, I’ve just always thought that was an odd looking TD. Just an odd quirk on my part. Hard to type inflection.

As somebody who hates Dallas & doesn’t like Dez I’m sitting here grinning. As a football fan I’m asking where did the ball even touch the ground? You can’t rule that no catch. It’s either a catch at the 1 or a touchdown. But like I said I’m grinnin’. jester

Kept my mouth shut all week and during the game today…
I’m speechless… How they cannot call that a catch is I guess payback for the controversial call from last week
Dallas blew too many earlier opportunities

With some good calls and some bad calls, it is getting closer to contract time for all the REF’s, is it coming up within the next year?

The NFL is after all, entertainment and that was a very entertaining game but it’s getting old seeing close , hard fought games decided by bad calls.

How long can this league that has been king for so long continue to lose credibility at such break neck speed?
