Two years ago I got a Fish trough for my birthday from my parents. It’s a real nice outfit. Flash forward to this past June 14 We were on our vacation at Lake Osakis. I must have been measuring to many 12 to 18″ walleyes because the printing on the scale came off. I sent and email to [email protected] an explained the problem and that I really doubted that my mom had the receipt. Ryan said no problem send it back to me and I will send you a new one and I will ship it free. Well, that was a big surprise no question asked???? free shipping???? WOW!!!!! I sent along extra funds to upgrade to the laser etched style. In a matter of 7 days I had my old one shipped to Ryan and the new on in the boat ready to go. Can’t wait to use it .
