The Lil Rap is a custom turned rod specially designed for working #2 and #3 Jiggin Raps. It also does an excellent job on small spoons and larger tungsten horizontal jigs. The rod features a mag taper blank and an extra fast tip. This rod will work a smaller rap and deliver hook setting power. The G3 handle is our custom-built carbon fiber handle that incorporates a built-in reel seat hood. Everyone of our grips are fitted individually to the blank, no tape or arbors to fill between the blank, the grip and your hands. The carbon fiber creates the lightest handles and thus providing the most sensitive rod we have ever used.
Rod was lightly used, I am not a fan of the split grip. I prefer a one-piece handle.
