Curado K thumb bar not engaging

    I have a few months old Curado K reel. The thumb bar does not release all of the way when I engage the reel. I seems to be an intermittent problem. I have many Curado reels and I have never had a problem with any of them. For me to send the reel in for repairs with shipping will cost about $50 so I thought I would check here first in case I am missing something simple with this.

    Maybe the clutch and yoke just needs a cleaning out if that’s the best case scenario.
