Cuke Salad recipes??

    Hit me with your favorite recipes. Got a lot of Cucumbers piling up from the garden. I like soaking in just plain vinegar, salt and pepper, but need some variety. Plus my family wont touch ’em that way.

    We do the soak in vinegar first then drain them.
    Add Miracle whip, thin sliced onion, a little milk, salt/pepper, some sugar and you add apple cider vinegar for more zing.
    Creamy cuke salad.
    we eat a lot of em raw on a lettuce salad too.

    I dont use milk. But very similar otherwise.
