i heard there was a bill that was supposed to pass that would make it legal again for sportsman to cross the railroad tracks to access land/water on the other side. i have looked and can not find anything, anyone know if it went through?
Never knew it was illegal. Now i will be worried when i do it tonite. Not.

In MN,CP does not say anything about crossing the tracks.At least in the spots that I go to.
In WI,the BNSF does say don’t do it.Wonder if enforcement will be higher after that woman was killed by Alma a few months ago?I know one guy I fish with got the what-for for crossing down by Stoddard.Took his name and next time it will be a ticket.
