Is the Hudson Launch open or is the water still too high ?

I looked over that way today from the channel. It looks like the docks are pulled but there were trucks in the lot. I doubt the lot is closed just that the docks are pulled.

FWIW the dock @ the Boomsite is also out. jerr

As of Sunday morning the road closed signs were still out at the downtown launch, there was still water in the parking lot, just a little but the river looked like she was dropping fast so it may be open today, I’ll check on my way home from work

Closed signs/blockade is gone but the docks are not in. They may just leave them out the rest of the year, not sure though (hope not).

my guess would be that those docks aren’t going back in until 2011. could be wrong though. weather is supposed to turn this weekend.

Jerome just called the Hudson Parks Department and was informed they had no plans to put a dock back in this fall.

I got some minnows at Holiday, but will head to the Bluffs as a point of entry…

There is sand there to beach a boat so missing dock not a big deal.
