I always got there around 5 or so to make certain I got those front tables. I also Planned it with the management there about a week or so out. Otherwise its hit and miss for seating and it may be very difficult to keep the group together. I thought Cougereye had that all figured out?

Jesse, if you don’t mind getting there early, that would be great. I talked to them today and didn’t sound like it will be a problem. I’ll finalize things tomorrow as manager was out.

Based on responses I’ll be asking for two tables up front, for 10-15 people. We may never have that many there at one time but we’ll have space.

I’ve heard rumor of some ‘special guests’ and possibly some giveaways??

Hey guys!

This is really shaping up nicely. I hope to see as many of you there as possible. I just got off the phone with the manager, Rod, and he has graciously offered to take 15% off all our tabs on Thursday! Make sure you say thanks to their staff for this.

He will be reserving several tables just to the left of the door as you walk in.

In addition, there will be some IDO merchandise to hand out. I’m not sure yet how we’ll do this but watch the website on Thursday morning for more info.

There may be more in the works too as I’m working to confirm all this. Stay tuned!
