Got out on the water tonight with StCroixer, it’s been well over a month since I been on the Croix. We ended up putting alot of walleye’s in the boat but they were all 14 incher’s with one 15 1/4 incher finding his way to the livewell. Tonight was the first time I ever caught a walleye ON THE CROIX after dark and I ended up getting quite a few after dark including 1 casting from shore while unloading gear and loading the boat. Most fish came rigging a crawler in 8-16 FOW.

Thank you StCroixer it was a good time and look forward to getting out again.

P.S. nice way to try and get me to buy your boat

    good times Jesse
Caught a big smallie and 2 14.5’s just after you left.
Oh, and my finger, had to push the barbed hook through the tip of my finger, cut the barb off and pull her back through (another 1st for me too) is that why you were using a pliers all night

Thats the best shore fishing spot on the Croix I’ve ever seen

and the finger……yep thats why I use the needle nose pliers, hooks are way sharper than my fingers

How about StCroixer standing in front of the swing bridge with the hook stuck in his finger?
