    The St.Croix River is the only place I fish by choice and this forum is very informative.

    I’ve been lurking on the site for some time now and have fished with a couple members so far. I’d like to put faces to some of the names. Great site and Great members.

    I plan on dragging lead core out on the river this year anyone has any help or tips i would appreciate it.I have not used lead core does anyone know where to start for a leader or what size crank baits to start with. thanks

    Mr. W Hunter, I’ll save you a large…as that’s the smallest size we have. It should fit over your life jacket!

    You can check them out when we meet.

    Lead core. Jason Halfen has a good article on lead core. Check out the articles forum. After reading it post any questions you might have. He’ll be there to answer them lickity split!

    I can’t get there til 9. Mike, I hope you can still see straight by that time.

    We can go over leadcore tactics on the croix at that time and by 10 the GPS coordinates should start to flow……..

    wish I could get to the gtg tonight, but unfortuanately I need to work on my honey due list so I can “sleep in” on Sat….

    I will be there early and will have to leave early. this work thing is going to affect my fishing time again this year. I hate it when that happens. 8:30 meetings on the day you are supposed to head north for opener should be outlawed.

    that’s 10 plus lbs of Mexican LM bass with an attitude. no cats in the lakes down there. bass eat ’em.

    I don’t know what the filets tasted like. I just cut the cheeks out of it and threw the carcass in the ditch..
