Hit the river this morning in search of walleye. Fished for about 4 hours with some o.k. luck. Walleye were holding in 16-24 FOW. Caught 12 walleye with 8 over 15″ and the largest being just short of 24″. Smallmouths continue to hammer any kind of bait in depths from 4-24 FOW, can’t keep them pesky things off my line. Walleye were caught live bait rigging leeches but most were caught drifting a split shot rig with a minnow. Sorry no pics will be posted.
