A guy at work was telling me today that he read in the River Falls paper that ST.CROIX COUNTY (WI) was lowering the panfish limit. Anyone else hear or read anything about this??? Is it fact or fiction. Kind of sounds funny, only one county having thier own set of rules and not the whole state. Must be a tall tale I was told
