I’ve looked through the 2008-2009 WI DNR regs and I can’t find anything in there that specifies the number of lines/lures/baits allowed on the Croix for WI residents. From what I read, WI residents are allowed three lines/lures/baits on inland waters and I do not see anything in there that changes that for WI-MN boundary waters. In the Wisconsin-Michigan boundary page, it specifically says that each angler is allowed three baits/lures/hooks but I didn’t see anything similar in the Wisconsin-Minnesota boundary page. Am I missing it?
