Went out on the Croix in 30+ mph winds yesterday afternoon. The waves were nasty, 2 1/2 to 3 footers south of 94 bridge. Trolled cranks by the “humps” and picked up a variety of fish, silvers, smallies, walleye, and sauger. Ended up keeping a fat 16″ walleye and a 15.5 sauger. The wind surfers looked like they were having a great time.
