Clams are starting hit now. 5 jointed rap was the ticket last night. Now sure color matters but good luck unhooking them. One ate half our swivel last night. Released with a little metal in his mouth. I suggest never thumbing a clam.

so did you fillet them out and fry’em up?
had one clamp onto the bottom of my bottom-bouncer last weekend! Also hooked into a large dock-bumper – the thing was covered in what I assume were zebra mussels.
