Been reading fishing reports on the St. Croix. I am new to this website and fishing in the St. Croix. Took the wife out fishing yesterday and stopped in at Jimmys. Theses guys have a great selection of bait and tackle. They are very knowledgable and pointed us in the right direction. Although we did not boat any walleyes we did see a couple caught out of the Hudson area. Anyone fish the Presscot area? Tried a few times with no walleyes only saugers.

I have tried the Prescott area, usually earlier in the season. If I were you I would try the area south of Catfish Point. Also near the Afton Sate Park has always been good to me. I like casting raps and plastics near shoreline riprap this time of year, and afton state park is full of that rip rap.
