spent all day on the river between marine and stillwater caught a ton of silvers some smallmouth and 9 keeper walleye’s biggest around 3lbs. water was high and current spread out couldn’t find more than 2 fish to a spot. The fish were spread out all over. trolling shadraps 5s’ worked in the morning than jig and a fathead did the most good all in all a great day. heres DOC with a couple eaters. Most all the fishcame from 8 to 10 feet of water.

We ended up with 10 in the boat, with 3 of them being saugers. All around the Osceola bridge and jigging.

Sounds like I need to start fishing up river more. Thanks for the upper st croix river reports guys! It seems that the walleyes may be still in post spawn mode. I think the river is still behind a little bit as far as fish movements go. Maybe the bite will pick up soon down river.
