Hey JD – Let us know how much ice you have. I saw a few vehicles parked up by the High Lines across from the King Plant. Most reports that I am hearing are that the fishing is pretty slow. I want to get out but I am a little leary of driving on the river ice yet.

    Hey all,
Walleye action has been slow all year as everyone knows. I talked to some guys over the weekend and the crappies are starting to be caught. A report of 17 keepers out of the 40+ that were caught. Im not quite sure about the vehicles being driven out there but ive heard of close to, if not 20 inches of ice! I have seen trucks out on the river in other parts though. Good luck everyone!

We were out on Saturday night from 3:30-7:30 with two 9+ inch crappies. Lots of marking on the vexilar. We were on the Wisconsin side across from Bayport. There is right around 20″ of ice.
