    Went out last night for a quick trip, and found some nice legal Walleyes, one that went 23inches. These fish were holding 14-17 feet(ROCK not SAND) just off the main channel. Biggest fish came on crawlers with (Red Hook, Chartruese bead) being the best combo. Also pulled some legals in the Hudson Channel running Deep LiL Rippers, and snap weighting Suspending Rougues(black/silver). Should be out all weekend, now that the bigger fish are bitting.

    Thanks for the info, Has! My brother-in-law caught a couple of legals yesterday. Sounds hopeful for this weekend!

    After HAS pointed us in the right direction, we picked up two legals Sat morning. I’m hoping I don’t have to fish in the rain on Mothers Day.
