    well saturday we started early, around 9am. We caught about a 2lb pike within 30 minutes of getting settled in. The action didn’t pick back up till about noon where we caught about 5 fish in 30 minutes. The biggest pike of the day was about 3.5-4 lbs but was released cuz it was full of eggs But over all, we kept about 4 pike and 1 largemouth. Hope everyone elses weekend is going great!

    What was the ice condition on the lake or river you were fishing?

    Must have been good for the time that was spent out there!

    it was about 7-8″. I was out there today (monday) and the ice was forming and had thickened about 1/4-1/2″ over night
