I know this seems like a stupid question, but what are the no wake rules on the st.croix? Are they in efect only when the markers are out or is it in effect always?

Not a stupid question at all…I found out a couple years ago that a NWZ is still a NWZ even after the markers are removed.
I think the question should be…how can they enforce it??
