I am making this post to try to help find rides for those interested in fishing the contest.. more hands can make lighter work of the anarchy that can transpire with huge fish on the end of the line.. and lifting Mr Special’s 40# anchor if you are lucky enough to be in that position!

Currently, I have ” Whisker Hooked ” in my boat, I do have room for one.

I’m sure theres going to be a couple more boats popping up with open seats in the near future.. anyone looking for open seats should post here also and somebody might chime in and offer.

I will be easy to find come contest day(or any other day).. I’m usually the grey alumacraft that slowly gets surrounded by other boats

I would love to try this if anyone has an open seat. I’d be glad to buy bait and pay for gas if anyone has an open seat.

You know why that is Dave, not because you get people on big fish, but because they want to see an EEL up close!!

My boat is full on Saturday. I will have Whisker Hooked, and Rather B Fishen in my boat as it stands now.

I know for a fact Bob Moore(Moores bait) will have some room in his boat, but I am not sure of his schedule.. he will post when he has a chance.

We should also use this post for an actual ROLE CALL

I want to get out but can not show up ntil afternoon. I have a date with a cement truck. If anyone has extra room for going out in the afternoon I’ll sign up. I could also walk to a place on shore and get picked up too. I just love to get out. I’ll be out there in 1 hour 30 min!

I haven’t worked out all the details with Fisher Sherry, but it sounds like I might get out of the shop around noon. I could really use a good net person, and if it comes down to it, I can take good pictures. I hope you have enough left in you after your morning date, as for me I would be thinking nap time.

and possibly one other will be out there. Look for the Aircraft Carrier. And keep your nose peeled for the smell of Burgers, looks like we might have to bring the big grill for all you strugeon catchers.

This is Comanchero15 – I’ll be there. Just mailed my entry in to Moore’s Bait. Should be fun to watch all the action on Saturday – I plan on getting out this evening before the weather sets in later tonight. Hard to believe the sturgeon season is almost over.

It will be good to see you guys out there this time!

Its going to be fun no matter how many participants there are. Its fun just to get out and catch some fish.. and its also a good learning experience for everyone.

I’ll be out there somewhere(usual spot) drowning some king size shad waiting for the *big one*.

With the temps dropping…I think C15 will be charging for admission into his boat with the full top up and heater going!

Funny you should mention that. I had the top out yesterday and she is all set to go. Got the Mr Heater fired up. I may not catch any fish but I will be warm and toasty.

    I’ll be plenty warm.

I’ll be either reeling fish in, or running around the boat lifting anchors and getting everything out of the way when others are reeling them in. I am not sure which is more work.
