Have made it out the last couple of days. The fish are really starting to bite. Saturday was the best, with the group catching about 25 walleyes. All were caught on nightcrawlers. Today the nightcrawler bite was slow so we switched to cranks, with about five landed. The bass definitely kept us busy in between. The point, if you can make it out on the Croix, it is definitely worth it.
