I agree Sandbar. I find it interesting that none of the suggested solutions have been attempted. They have been talking about this threat for at least 3 years now and even at the beggining their were suggestions of installing an electrostatic or an aeration barrier. I wonder why neither of these have been tried. Probably the usual suspects: lack of funding or lack of agreement about the technology. It may already be too late.
