icefishing the river (hudson)

    fished between stillwater and hudson… 1:00-5:00p.m today.. kept 5 saugers and 1 walleye. and a couple of the biggest crappies i’ve ever seen!!!!! honestly 13 inch white crappie with shoulders! caught from 3:00-5:00. plus missed a few that came off half way up. crappie minnows teardrop in 36 ft. crappies up about 6 ft. go get em!!!

    Hey Fritzzzzz,

    Did you go off the ferry landing there in north hudson? We’ve been out @ the park doing well on the pannies and pike, lets hook up out there as I can never get that no good bro of yours earl out fishing anymore.

    hey Mike…. yeah i was just out from the ferry landing. went out the next day and got skunked though.. thats the river for ya. lets get out to the park soon. get a hold of earl and we’ll hook up

    reelgoodthen. There’s a decent crappie bite going at bass right now as well, I might be out there wednesday, gimme a holler or email if you want to get out.
