Got back to fronconia on sunday for a little while. This has to be the best time of year for fishing up here. Lots of fish to be had. Lots of critters running around. It is neat to be able to see up into the hills and check out what is up there.
Talked to a couple of people that where a little discuraged with the fishing. Location is every thing this time of year. It does not pay to go to one spot and wait for the fish to show up.
Pulled in one 15″ eye with a frog in the belly. I thought that was a pretty big meal for that size of fish. Cant believe he still wanted my jig. Caught many more on jigs and trolled up one nice 18″ eye. Hope I have more time to get back over here this fall.
