i went out yesterday and has suprisingly good success. the bite was scarce from about 5-8:30pm. right as the sun disappeard the bite was hot. we boated about 15 and lost about the same. caught about 12 of those 15 between 8-8:30pm. we used carolina rigs, husky jerks, tube jigs, sluggos, but about 90% of our fish were caught on top water. zarra spoooks, chug n’ bugs, and skitter pops all did the trick. fished the wisconsin shoreline about half mile up from the prescott bridge. for some fun top water action give it a shot! GONE FISHING!

I used the same teqnique last night around the kinni and nothin beats top water action. 4 caught (rel) 3 lost. but over the last 2 weeks its been very slow. even had a tough time up on the big chip last weekend.
