I’m not familiar with this area of the river, but there are others who I’m sure will chime in. Now if you ever come down by Prescot or Kinni area, give me a shout.

If I were fishing the Stillwater area, I’d hit the bridge pilings under the lift bridge and the rip rap along the Wi shorleing there. Also, there are barge pilings down river by the King power plant. (Mn side) That area is worth a check. Trolling cranks and jig/minnow should put a few fish in the boat.

    Good luck.

Has anyone been up by the Marine on the criox area by willams obrain state park??? im planing on camping on this island just south of the state park this weekend but i want to make sure they arent flooded, the one island on the wisconsin side has pretty high banks so it would take alot to flood it out. please if anyone lives in this area or has been on the river in this area please write back and let me know thanks.

The river is up passed the bank by the bridge, I would say it is 6 to 10 feet above normal. Not sure about the islands, but I would not try it myself.
