St. Croix River Access?

I was in Bayport yesterday and found a road access out to the river. IT looked like there is a road that runs from one side of the river, MN to the Wis side. ITs starts by the Bayport Marina. There were fish houses in the area off the road. Where is the access to this road on the WI side? and how do I get to it. Are these people fishing in the area going for Walleye or Crappies, both? Was thinking of going out Friday if I can get access on Wi side, much closer. Any time of day better? Thanks

Norht through town to North Hudson. Left on Wisconsin or Minnesota street. I cant remember the name. It’s one or the other. Go to end take right. It ends in a little park and continues down to river.
