I hit the water from 3 pm until dusk today. Headed north of Hudson for a few hours and pulled spinners and lindys with crawlers and only managed some sheepies and some short strikes and broke something big off. So I decided to pull cranks, as fish seemed scattered, I worked the 20 to 30 foot level for about a half hour before heading south of Hudson and managed to boat a decent sauger and crappie. After picking some friends up at the docks in Hudson we headed south of Hudson and pulled lindys with leeches and crawlers in 20-26 feet and managed a good bite on crawlers our biggest fish on the night was 23 inches. Heading back out tommorow morning hopefully we get some wind again like we did today.
