After a great day yesterday I tried again. This time I was alone and no one to help me net. I started at the community hole but after a few minutes I was surrounded. There wasn’t room to even cast a line out. I don’t mind sharing so I left. Thats why its a community, we need to share. There are so many places that hold fish. I pulled up ancohor and headed some where else… I was pitching minnows in 6ft of water and caught a nice limit between 16 an 20 inches. The fishing is getting better. Good luck.

On the St Croix. Someone posted a picture with a nice walleye and everyone that fished the river knew right where it was. Hence…community. I can send you a picture but I don’t want to to endure what the other guy went through…sharing is caring. Just give enough room so one can cast out a line.
