Anyone have any luck today? We caught 3 fish all day (2 keepers). Found the Hudson channel pretty much unfishable (current). Never even saw someone else catch a fish.

We fished afton to the kinni, it was tough fishing. Mike lost a big fish pitching early, picked up a 23″ and a short. Stuart picked up 3 shorts and a 16″. I snagged a gar. We mostly rigged crawlers and a few minnows.

It was tough fishing, I don’t think I’m going back out tomorrow, probably give it a couple days. Water was 43-45 most places.

not a lot happening down in prescott either. was kinda entertaining watching all the MWC guys ducks in a row fishing by the prescott launch.

We didn’t get any fish on Sunday. Fished from 6 – noon and not a single bite. At least I know several spots that aren’t holding fish.

We fished from 5 am til 9am with no walleyes. We were pitching crawlers and minnows in the Hudson narrows. We did manage to catch 5 white suckers, the biggest was over 27 inches. I’m not planning to fish until next week when the water temps come up a bit. Good luck everyone.

Went out on Saturday and luckily Andy came with. While I only managed 1, Andy caught several Walleye/Sauger near Prescott. At least I got to work on my net handling skills! Trolled Rapalas all day and most fish came from 14 to 22 FOW.

On Monday my fishing partner caught a couple nice Walleye (18″, 16″) early by Prescott. Looked like it was going to be a repeat of the Saturday for me. Trolled all the way up past the Bluffs and never got a bite. After the long, slow trek back I picked up a 19.75 Walleye plus a few short Saugers and Walleyes. Monday was also all trolling and all fish caught in 16-22 FOW.

Not great fishing but it was awesome to get out on the St. Croix again.

We picked up 3 ‘eyes trolling leadcore cranks by Hudson. Water was moving so fast it was very difficult to catch back up to your snag if it happened. Wisconsin side north of the Malileu was so dirty it was unfishable.
