FYI – the Beanies ramp is flooded, the parking lot is flooded.

They will be open – launching will be tricky. So plan on using all your high water launch skills. Bring a friend to help launch.

    Good luck to all fishing!!

See you there bright and early. Looks like you will have to back all the way down from the top of the hill.

Joe, I launched at the Ferry Landing tonight. It was fine. You most likely need to back all the way down the hill. My Yukon isn’t able to turn around at the bottom. Man the river is flying through the channel.

hi guy..we launch at beanie last night…we went out just to test the hudson river….haven’t boat their for 2 year now….first day back in hudson at 7:45pm to 9 and only manage to get 1 whitebass…..

site launch should be getting better…should be very good by this sunday unless it super rain the whole weeks-end.

Anybody use Beanies lately? I know I need to still back down the hill and launch from the parking lot, but are you able to get to the docks with dry feet?

    Thanks.

I used Beanies Monday and the answer is a definite no.

I put my partner in the boat, backed the rig in, water up to the floor boards, got out in my duck hunting chest waders and got boat off.

Parked the rig, walked through water to the bait shop, then water up to waist to reach the wooden ramp to the dock.

You might be able to reach dock with thigh waders, maybe.

Thanks for the info. We decided not to mess with it and launched at the Bluffs and fished that area.

Whats the bluffs like? Is a dock out and accessible? Want to take my uncle out for his 80th. There it might be north hudson. Got 5 walleye sunday launching out of north hudson area but it be nice to have a dock.

One dock is out and the other one is underwater. I just beached the boat over by the fishing pier.
