    Sadly, I’m pretty certain someone jumped off on New Years Eve day. There was a small article about it in the Pioneer Press.

    Based on where he went in (current), they should be looking down by the Afton Marina (if not further south). What a bummer of a way to go. Prayers to his family.

    Sadly, we get this a lot near my work (Near the Stone Arch Bridge) I wish there was a way to help them.

    No but this is a fishing website and just letting him that someone did not go through the ice since that is a sketchy area to fish. Didn’t feel the need to beat the drum on this issue since it’s been all over the news and on here previously too. It is sad regardless of how it happen.

    This was a report from last Sunday.

    It could have been someone going through the ice, don’t know.

    Hence the post.

    I haven’t heard anything more about it so I’m guessing it was just rumor.

    Someone should remind the original poster that this is a fishing website.
