We’ll it might just suck to go fishing today, but it’s been over a week and I think I at very least need to wet a line, if it isn’t raining too much, I’m thinking about heading out…

Don’t feel so bad Sandbar! I’m with you, when the kids take up golf and they start beating you, that’s when it’s time to get back into the boat! My 10 year old is also hitting the links and I’m “forced” to go along!

Chappy…I know at times it seems like there just isn’t any justice in the world. Just feel good knowing that you brought them up right…and they will come back to their senses and start out fishing you.

Huh, I can hardly get him in the boat with out complaining! Although….. If we go after them blasted bass,he’s all in! I think as long as he can cast ,he’s good to go! Frustrating cuz i’d rather pull teeth than cast all day for stinky bass!

If the choice was stinky bass or stinky golf socks and shorts…the BA$$ would win everytime!

Let him cast for the bass while you cast/jig/troll for your favorite stinky fish! Splitting the day up between species isn’t so bad when it keeps the kids close at heart!
