    Anybody else run into one of these bad boys trollin the Croix for walleye? I seem to snag a big bonus white crappie once or twice a summer trolling leadcore for eyes. This one was 15″

    I’ve caught many on pool 4 trolling cranks many more than a random one hear and there at times.

    I catch BIG white crapps quite often on the croix in the winter time. Ironically one of my favorite spots for them in winter is within casting distance of where you took that pic. The staircase gave it away

    We been getting quite a few each trip trollin for eyes this year. Found most to be holding in the 13′-17′ range

    Good to hear others are getting some too. Gotta love the big crappies.
