    For Sale sign is down.

    Unconfirmed rumor is 1/2 will be offices for a construction company and the bar portion will remain a bar. Not sure about the grill.

    There were people working in it today.

    More rumor and speculation.

    There seems to be a bidding war over the “parking” proporty next door. The old lama pen.

    Along with some other Food Service type issues.

    It’s looking more and more like the bar will be a no go.
    I’ll have to check the Lakeland City Council notes to see if anything is factual.
