FWIW it’s knee boots if you are going to launch at Pickle Factory in Pepin… BUT, the water is clear…

Even more reason to be thrilled with this year’s increased launch fees!

What a mess. I launched there last night. What a complete cluster you know what. Good luck to the boys fishing in the Hamm Room. I’ll be out of town but have a feeling there are going to be some big bags. Post pics please

haha to City of Hudson. I hope they loose their greedy again this year. If their yearly rates were reasonable, me and hundreds of others would have bought passes. Morons.

Even if you launch in Hudson and want to go get a burger afterwords there is no place to park with a trailer…to bad I would love to spend my money but they just can’t figure it out.

Very few metro/river downtowns have enough room for trailer parking, Hudson isn’t too bad you just need to walk a few blocks.

The boomsite dock was under water as well last weekend when I launched there.

The launch was still open today. My prediction is the winning bag tomorrow will be close to 25 lbs. Rumor has it the Hale boys have started planting food plots on the Croix now.

Good luck to everyone fishing the Hamm tomorrow.

Water is starting to recede according to NOAA. Glad to see the launch is still open as I did purchase a season pass. May seem spendy but other alternatives cost more in the long run. Ive used the launch 5 times so far already half paid for(so to speak) and its still early. No hassle with the box just launch park and go. Be out tomorrow, to much running around today to get out.
    Osseola tonight for some cats.

Can a boat be launched today w/o getting wet feet?

Ive seen people do it, but bigger boats w/ ladders… Expect to take shoes off and roll pants up. Was there yesterday.

I haven’t fished the Croix in a while. What is the new launch fee? How much is a season Pass? Thanks

With an attitude like that, I’m glad your not using the Hudson launch.

I use it. Just not nearly as much as I would if your city council consisted of decent people.
