I used to fish the Prescott Dock areas a lot growing up, but it has been quite a few years since I’ve been back because I’m usually down on Pool 4 this time of year. How long will it be before the bite turns on, or more specifically what are the water temps when they usually arrive. If I remember correctly, I think it is mostly male saugers and walleyes with an occasional spawned out female in the mix. The bite has been somewhat sporadic on Pool 4 and I was thinking of hitting the Prescott area or maybe a couple of downriver wingdams this weekend. Any suggestions?
