I had a couple of friends who wanted to. Got lucky and found a couple spots where they smacked raps on lead core. I want to add that the hottest lure of the day was a Lambeau field shad rap. Green and gold baby! I’m not kidding. Number 9. Got the cats on crawlers. Couple of real nice channels. Bout 8 or 9 lbs each. We ended keeping 3- 16″ to 18″ eyes and a dandy 17″ saug dog. Caught quite a few 14.5 to 15″ walleye.

I think Rapala needs a chrome purple with chartreuse belly!

    Nice fish by the way!!

if they made one it would start to break down about 3/4 way thru the season and then retire…
