First of all I’d like to say thank you to the group that we have fishing this league. You guys and gals are an awesome group to work with and these last 3 Tuesdays have been a blast. We are really fortunate to have such a great group of people fishing.

Results are in for half of the 13 boats that fished Tuesday the 26th, week 3 of the SCVWLeague :

1st place again goes to Mark Johnson and Jarrett Buxell who barely left any memory on the SD card when they loaded it up with 3 fish for an even 70″ on there 3rd consecutive win, not only did they take 1st but they again took big fish with 27.25″ of St.Croix gold. Nice job guys and congrats again

2nd place was brought in by the husband wife team of Tony & Margie Kammeyer, Margie’s arms are tired after she let Tony net 59.5″ of walleye for her taking their 2nd, 2nd place finish. Tony and Margie had a double that landed them a 23.5″ and a 18″ to add to their nights total. Congrats to you 2

3rd place on the 3rd week night goes to Mike Schommer and Ric kees who with only minutes to spare landed a 24″ walleye to put them into contention this week with 58.75″. It was great to see the smiles on Mike and Ric’s faces at the end of the night. Congrats Mike S and Ric K , I look forward to you guys coming back next week

4th Jeff Jerry & Wes Bergemann with 58.5″

    5th Kent & Adam Andersen with 52.25″

6th Darren Eisenzimmer & Gary Boldt with 49.75″

7th Michael Hutter & Jesse Krook with 48.5″

Is this luck or something like Turk joining the league?

Unfortunately for us, I don’t think it is luck. I think we need a rule that if you win 3 weeks in a row, you get to buy dinner and drinks.

    Where are they taking you?

Congrats to Mark and Jarrett they figured out a great bite. I assure you it won’t be long until some of us figure it out, replicate it and beat them after all it is only fishing . Look for more than just Mark and Jarrett to come in with big #’s next week

Week 4 results are in :

Coming in 1st with a 20.0″ spread from 2nd is the Team of Tom J. Bauer and Jeff Otis. Tom and Jeff loaded up the SD card with a drag pulling 64.75″ on a week with a tough bite for most. Tom and Jeff also took the big fish prize a rod bending 24.75″ walleye. I’m really glad to see Tom and Jeff put together a great bite though the conditions were tough this week and literally blew everyone out of the water. Congrats guys

2nd place on Week 4 of league fishing taken by the team Michael Hutter and Jesse Krook who ran up and down the river pulling a fish here and a fish there to put together a 3 fish total of 44.75″.

Trolling there way into 3rd place with 2 fish for 31.5″ is the team of Mike Schommer and Ric Kees.

4th place goes to 2 teams who tied with 1 fish for 18.75″ is

    Mark Johnson & Jarrett Buxell

    tied with

    Darren Eisenzimmer & Gary Boldt

6th place goes to Jeff Jerry and Wes Bergemann with 14.75″

7th place goes to Tony and Margie Kammeyer with 13.75″

8th place goes to Mickey Friend and Larry Coursolle with 13.5″

9th place Kirk Klund & John Rubenbaver 0″

10th place Bill Mitchell & Tim Gordon 0″

Congrats to all that fished. I really have been looking forward to Tuesday’s lately, the league consists of an awesome group of people who make this a really fun event to fish. Thank you everyone, so far it’s been a blast and I am looking forward to the next four weeks

Full results and pics will be up on the web-site later tonight into tomorrow.

Not so sure about your math there, it looks like we only got beat by 20″ to me (we still wouldn’t have been close if could have kept 4 fish even though). We may have a chance to win one some time if you could bring up the hook percentage, I’m keeping track.

    Mark,

Just wondering if you had company last Tuesday on your spot or if it went dry?

Hey Turk, Judging by our week 4 score you would think so…but there hasn’t been any tail-piping in the league at all, good group of guys! When the water dropped a few feet the fish definitely moved, it was a really slow night overall too so it made it pretty hard to track em down.
ps: you should join us some night, its an open entry league

Has anyone checked out the Hudson landing today? Heard the water was back up in the parking lot again yesterday. It was still open yesterday, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it closes again today.

Sorry guys. I won’t be able to donate my 20.00 this week. Good luck to everyone. Looks like we will finally get some relief to the heat. Suppose to be in the 70s tomorrow.

Lake Front Park was open today. The water has crept into the parking lot, but it was still open. For those that go out beware of some wood floating around and a few deadheads out there. See you all tomorrow evening.
