Where was everybody?

    Well its safe to say we saw more fish than boats today. With the wind and the rain out my window at 3:45, I was second guessing myself. I’m glad we did go because we had a great time and boated around 25 fish. Sent my fishin partner home with six eaters. They started off biting soft but there were alot of fish in the 14 16 ft range and they were hungry. They slowly shifted deeper 18 and as deep as 23ft. Got wet and cold but caught fish. worth the drive.

    Hastings. the water was movin in the mississippi.only 4 boats out when we left at 12:30

    I heard it was a ghost town down there but heard the fishing was good. I’m hoping to head down there tomorrow. You had a nice catch there.
