I made it out for about two and a half hours Tuesday evening and pulled lead around the Lake St Croix area. I marked a ton of fish, but no big balls of bait. I ended the evening with a handful of small saugers for my efforts. I hope this water temp keeps dropping!
Also tried shallow water night trolling tight to some rock shorelines at dark for 45 minutes or so. No luck! Althought I wasn’t expecting anything, just wasn’t ready to go home at 7:00pm.
