Hey guys…they let me come home today. Two weeks is too long to be stuck in a little room. My legs don’t work very well and I’m very tired. But I’m home.

Thank you all for the kind word, prayers, and support.

    An update:

Things are starting to look up. They had to work hard to save my one and only remaining kidney, but it’s working fine now. They took the tubes out of my back so now I can (gradually) get back to normal activity.

If you ever had any Prostate issues, you know what “PSA” is. Mine was measured at 94 last October. The latest blood work results said ZERO. That strongly suggests the treatment is working well. I’m not out of the woods yet but this is encouraging.

When I finally got out of the hospital, I had a terrible time trying to walk. The beds at Woodwinds are incredibly bad. I’ve been doing a lot of walking to get my legs back in shape. Right now I’m doing over two miles a day. It’s getting better, a bit at a time.

Thank you all for your kind words, thoughts, and prayers.

Alot of props goes to you Steve, for continuing to fight! There’s no way this has been easy on you, once much less twice. You’re a model of perseverance for the rest of us.

Even if it’s all uphill, that’s where the best views are!
