Rugbystar and I fished the Res yesterday morning, surface water temps were only 53 and the water was very turbid.

We spent a couple of hours pitching cranks to the rock walls and structure, hoping for some bass action, but got only a few chases-I think the water is still a little cold.

However, at the Macbride spillway, several anglers seemed to be doing quite well on the crappie, with a fair bit of sorting required, but steady action. Small minnows and tandem crappie jigs appeared to be sealing the deal.
