What specific cookies do I need to keep to be automatically logged in when I open the site? I was told that this would work for a year at least, but seems to have stopped working. Thanks

Could be many factors involved, such as your browser settings.

For example on my work computer we have them set to automatically delete cookies and other types of history on Exit. This means I have to log in every time I launch a browser.

Peanutbutter…soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside.

Normally just checking the check box on log in to “REMEMBER LOGIN” does it.

I don’t have a problem with the computers I’m using.

Are you on a cell phone or something else?

What Patk says will prevent that from working.

RMartin, do you have settings in your browser to prevent sites from saving cookies and you set it to allow sites like IDO to save them?

I use Ccleaner to delete cookies on a regular basis. I can choose to save useful cookies and they will not be deleted. I am using a different PC now so I would like to add all of the required ones to the save list. I have 2 in the saved list now, but the auto login is still not working, seems to me that 3 are required or perhaps I do not have the right ones saved. It is easy to see the 2 that are directly related to the site by name, but everytime you open your browser, you pick up several so just trying to find out so I do not have to guess.

Ccleaner doesn’t let you save by domain?

I think most browsers have developer tools that will list cookies for the domain the current page is on too. That might be a way to see all the cookies IDO is saving .

Our head cookie guru is out for a few days. If these guys can’t figure it out for you @justdave will when he’s back.
