    Built this for my otter
The organizer is from Walmart (automotive dept)
It’s velcroed on for easy removal.
It fits between the seats or slides over when I’m solo
The cutouts in the back are for the wind poles
The white paint (fusion) on the sled really helps when you drop stuff,
But it does flake off, not terrible
    It’s 22.5 by 14.5

Nice! I like the idea of painting the sled white to help see things when you drop them like smaller hooks and jigs. Did you primer it first? If not it might help to keep it from flaking off.

Not bad! although I still think the Otter Sportsman’s Caddy is worth every penny.

I used the fusion plastic paint,
not supposed to have to prime
its not bad considering the abuse it takes.
probably should have scuffed it up first

That triangle piece looks like it putting stress on the tarp and the plastic attachment strip. Id cut the shelf shorter and square off the rear rest so it rests on top of the tub rail only. I see this current design causing a fail in your house canvas or canvas attachment strip.

Zoom in, it’s really not that much of an overhang, the paint missing makes it look worse than it is.
Been using it for several years and it works great.
I did use some small screws to attach the tent to the sled because it was pulling off on the corners, but that is from the additional thickness of the reflectix

Clever but where is the beer holder? Major design flaw here.

there are two of them in the organizer!
